The quick take

Is it worth going?

One of the easiest public playgrounds to recommend as a destination in its own right. The terrain and sheer number of slides give families much more to explore than a typical neighbourhood playground, though the slopes and popularity mean close supervision and an early start are sensible.

What it’s like

What to expect

Admiralty Park is one of Singapore’s standout free playground destinations. NParks describes a 7-hectare play area shaped around the park’s hilly terrain, with 26 slides and separate Junior Play, Adventure Play and Family Play zones.

The Junior Play area caters to younger children and includes sand play, an Expression Swing and inclusive equipment, while older and more confident children can take on the longer roller and double-barrel slides.
