Corrections Policy

If you find an incorrect address, closure, outdated price, changed opening hours, missing facility or other factual error, please tell us through the Contact page or the Something changed? tool on a playground listing.

What we prioritise

We prioritise changes that could materially affect a family’s trip: closures, safety-related access changes, booking requirements, water-play status, major price changes and operating hours.

What happens after a report

Community reports go into moderation and do not automatically alter the public listing. Where possible, the editorial team checks the report against an operator, public agency or another reliable source before publishing a confirmed status or changing the page.

Update history

Listings can record field-level verification dates and a visible correction/update history. A page’s modified date is not treated as proof that every fact was rechecked.
