Editor’s verdict
HappyWiz is one of the stronger choices in the East if your child has reached the stage where a small toddler playground no longer cuts it. The tall slides and multi-level structure provide enough physical challenge for older preschoolers and early-primary children, while the farm, car workshop and other pretend-play stations give younger siblings somewhere to slow down.
What we particularly like about the layout is that adults were considered too: the generous headroom makes following a cautious preschooler considerably less painful than in the usual crawl-through soft-play maze.
We would aim for a weekday or an earlier session if possible, because the experience depends quite heavily on how many children are sharing the larger structures.
Best bitHappyWiz manages to combine a genuinely tall physical-play structure with a surprisingly extensive pretend-play section. The high ceiling is also a practical win for adults: parents can follow younger children through much of the structure without spending the whole session hunched over.
Keep in mindPricing is unnecessarily confusing across HappyWiz's own booking channels, and the experience can be much less relaxed when it gets busy. A recent repeat visitor also noted that several interactive features were temporarily unavailable or taped off, so I would not promise that every advertised activity will always be operational.

What other families are saying
Current feedback is broadly positive. Google currently shows roughly 4.5/5 from 115 reviews, while Klook has a smaller set of booking-platform reviews at around 4.7/5. Recent families repeatedly mention the spaciousness, cleanliness and variety of activities, with the tall structure and car-repair role-play area coming up particularly often. One useful recurring point is that the high ceilings make it much easier for parents to accompany young children.
The less-positive feedback is mostly practical rather than fundamental. There have been reports of individual interactive features needing maintenance, and the playground can become busy at peak times. One 2026 visitor specifically praised the amount of room available during an off-peak visit, which is another reason I would favour weekdays if you have the flexibility.
